The Subscriber must take his/her/its/their own precautions to ensure that the computer and its operating system has the necessary technical specifications and safeguards for use of the Website.
If the Subscriber provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not up-to-date or incomplete, or if the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, though all efforts shall be made by the Company to ensure accuracy of the details provided by the Subscriber. The Company shall have the right to suspend or terminate the account of the Subscriber and refuse any and all current or future use of the services (or any portion thereof) in case the Subscriber fails to prove the correct details when asked by the Company.
SERVICES OFFERED
The services of this Website www.uniwizard.in (“Website”) are available only to the registered universities on a single user basis, for a particular period of time on making the stipulated payment and abiding by the applicable terms and conditions. The said services are personal in nature and cannot be assigned or transferred to or shared with any other person other than the registered subscribers.
By registering yourself as a subscriber and subscribing to avail the services of the Website, it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to fully abide by all the terms and conditions of the Website as contained herein. Further, by registration on the Website, you agree to:
- Make your contact details available to uniwizardindia.in so that you may be contacted by the Company for institutional information through email, telephone and SMS;
- receive promotional mails/special offers from the Website
The right to use the services of the Website is on revocable license/permission basis as per the terms and conditions contained herein. Except the usage of the services during the license period, the registered subscribers shall not have any right or title over the Website or any of its contents.
PAYMENT
All payments have to be made to the account of Saurabh Dutta. The Subscriber must not make any payment to any other account under any circumstances. The Company will not be responsible in case the Subscriber ignore this advice and still make a payment to any unauthorized persons/accounts.
Accounts will be suspended if its service renewal fees are not paid within 72 hours of the due date. Accounts suspended in this manner can be re-activated upon payment of the service renewal fees along with account reactivation fee.
The Company shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction.
NO REFUND POLICY
Unless otherwise specified, once the payment has been made by the subscriber to avail subscription of the product, payments referred to herein shall not be refundable under any circumstances, for whatever reason.
SUBSCRIBER RESPONSIBILITY
When the Subscriber applies to use uniwizardindia.in services, he/she will be asked to select a Subscriber ID and Password. The Subscriber ID and Password are the means through which he/she access certain services. The Subscriber acknowledge and agree that it is his/her responsibility to safeguard the Subscriber ID and Password you select from any unauthorized use. In no event will uniwizardindia.in be liable for the unauthorized use or misuse of your subscriber id or password.
Subscribers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information at all times, including credit card and contact information.
REVISION TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Company reserves the right to revise, amend or modify the terms of use at any time and in any manner it pleases without any notice. Every endeavor has been made and shall be made by the Company to keep the information updated. However, the Company make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the website for any purpose.
