No Refunds
Once payment for the Uniwizard career assessment has been successfully captured, the fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. This applies even if you have not yet started or completed the test.
By making payment, you agree to this policy and understand that no refund will be issued for, including but not limited to:
- The student deciding not to take the test after payment
- The student starting the test but not completing it
- The student being dissatisfied with their assessment results, dimension scores, career matches, or college recommendations
- The student losing access to their account due to forgotten credentials, lost email access, or shared accounts
- Change of mind, change of academic plans, or change of school
- Inability to download or open the PDF report on a particular device
- Test interruptions caused by the student’s own internet, device, or browser issues
Sole Exception – Duplicate Charges
The only situation in which a refund will be issued is when our payment processor (Razorpay) reports a duplicate charge for the same transaction. In that case:
- Email ucat@uniwizard.in with both transaction IDs and the registered email address
- We will verify with Razorpay within 7 working days
- If a duplicate charge is confirmed, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 working days of verification
The original (non-duplicate) charge remains non-refundable.
Why We Have This Policy
The Uniwizard assessment is a digital service delivered immediately upon payment. As soon as you complete registration, you receive instant access to the full test, your account is created, your data is provisioned in our systems, and our infrastructure begins serving you. There is no inventory to return and no service that can be rolled back. This is why we are unable to offer refunds even when the test has not been started.
Partner-School Students
Students registered under one of our partner schools receive a 100% scholarship and pay nothing. This Refund Policy does not apply to them as no payment is collected.
Disputes
If you believe a refund is genuinely warranted under exceptional circumstances not listed above, you may write to us at ucat@uniwizard.in. We will review the request in good faith but reserve the right to decline at our sole discretion. Disputes regarding refunds are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
