No Cancellations
Once you complete registration and payment for the Uniwizard career assessment, the order cannot be cancelled. The Service is delivered digitally and access is granted immediately, so there is no order-fulfilment window during which a cancellation is possible.
What This Means
- You cannot cancel the assessment after payment has been made
- You cannot cancel a test that is in progress — if you exit, the system saves your checkpoint so you can resume later, but the assessment itself remains valid and is not voided
- You cannot cancel an account in order to receive a refund — please refer to our Refund Policy
- You cannot transfer your registration to another student, school, or class
Account Deletion vs Cancellation
Account deletion is different from order cancellation. You may request deletion of your Uniwizard account at any time by emailing ucat@uniwizard.in. We will remove your profile, results, and all associated data within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
However, deleting your account does not cancel any payment that has already been made. The fee remains non-refundable as set out in our Refund Policy.
Partner-School Students
Students registered under one of our partner schools receive the assessment free of charge. No payment is collected, so there is nothing to cancel. They may, however, request account deletion at any time as described above.
Why We Have This Policy
The Uniwizard assessment is a digital service delivered the moment payment is captured. Our systems immediately provision your account, generate your test, and allocate computing resources to deliver your dashboard, PDF report, and email notifications to your parent and teacher. Because there is no fulfilment delay, there is no point at which an order can be cancelled before delivery.
Disputes
If you believe a cancellation request is genuinely warranted under exceptional circumstances, write to us at ucat@uniwizard.in. We will review the request in good faith but reserve the right to decline at our sole discretion. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana.
